Comprehensive clinical terminology used to encode diagnoses inside the chart.
SNOMED CT (Systematized Nomenclature of Medicine — Clinical Terms) is a richer terminology than ICD-10. It's used inside problem lists and clinical findings. EHRs typically map SNOMED → ICD-10 for billing.
