Export Steps
Sign in to Yapi
Open app.yapiapp.com in a desktop browser. Yapi syncs with your primary EHR (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental) — patient demographics live there too.
Open Patients → Export
Click "Patients" in the navigation. Click the "Export" icon at the top-right. Choose "Export All to CSV".
Download
The CSV downloads immediately. Save to a HIPAA-compliant location.
Send via Secure Upload Link
Upload the file using the secure link your MedMasters account manager provided. Do not email the CSV file directly — patient contact data must be transmitted securely.
Note:
Never send patient data as a plain email attachment. Patient data sent over unencrypted email violates HIPAA. Use only the secure upload link provided by MedMasters.

Known Quirks
Yapi is a layer on top of Dentrix/Eaglesoft/Open Dental — for richest export, pull from the primary EHR too.
Communication preferences (text/email/phone) export — useful for choosing the reactivation channel.
Pro Tips
Use Yapi's opt-in fields to filter only patients who have opted into marketing.
Combine with the primary EHR export for full demographic coverage.
