Export Steps
Sign in to Treatwell Pro
Open connect.treatwell.com in a desktop browser. Use your venue admin credentials. Treatwell Pro replaces the legacy Salon-Iris-on-Treatwell flow.
Open Clients and Filter
Click "Clients" in the left sidebar. Use the filter to set status to "All" and date range to "All Time".
Export to CSV
Click the "Export" button at the top-right. Choose CSV format. The file downloads to your browser.
Tip:
For very large client lists, Treatwell may ask you to confirm by email — check your venue email if the export does not start within a minute.
Send via Secure Upload Link
Upload the file using the secure link your MedMasters account manager provided. Do not email the CSV file directly — patient contact data must be transmitted securely.
Note:
Never send patient data as a plain email attachment. Patient data sent over unencrypted email violates HIPAA. Use only the secure upload link provided by MedMasters.

Known Quirks
European-focused — phone numbers may include +44, +33, +49 country codes.
GDPR consent flags appear as separate columns — export them too if you intend to contact EU clients.
Pro Tips
Treatwell tracks marketing-consent fields explicitly. Export only contacts with marketing-consent = true to stay compliant.
Bookings sourced via the Treatwell marketplace and direct bookings are tagged differently — both count toward last_visit.
