Simplified SOAP note and patient management for chiropractors
Log In to SOAP Vault
Open your browser and go to app.soapvault.com. Enter your email and password and click "Sign In". SOAP Vault is a cloud-based platform — no software installation is needed.
Tip:
Ensure you are logged in with an account that has Admin or Owner privileges to access the patient export feature.
Go to the Patients Section
In the left sidebar or top navigation, click "Patients". This will open the full patient list for your practice.
Remove Status Filters
By default, SOAP Vault may show only "Active" patients. Click the "Filter" button or look for a Status dropdown and change it to "All" to make sure both active and inactive patients are visible before exporting.
Tip:
Do not export with the "Active Only" filter — inactive patients are key reactivation targets for MedMasters.
Click "Export Patients"
With all patients visible, look for the "Export Patients" button near the top of the patient list — usually in the top-right area. Click it and select "CSV" format. The file will download to your computer.
Note:
Make sure you have cleared any active-only filters before exporting, or inactive patients will be excluded.
Send to MedMasters
Upload the downloaded CSV using the secure MedMasters upload link provided by your account manager.
Note:
Do not email patient data. Always use the secure MedMasters upload portal.
