Log in to the RepeatMD Dashboard
Open dashboard.repeatmd.com in a desktop browser. RepeatMD is web-only; the staff app does not support data export.
Navigate to Members → All Members
Click "Members" in the left navigation. Choose "All Members" to view the full directory. Use the segment filter dropdown to choose between active members, inactive members, or all members.
Click Export and Pick CSV
Click the "Export" button at the top-right of the members table. Choose "Export to CSV". The file downloads immediately to your default downloads folder.
Tip:
RepeatMD limits exports to 5,000 rows per file. If your member base is larger, filter by date range and run multiple exports.
Send via Secure Upload Link
Upload the file using the secure link your MedMasters account manager provided. Do not email the CSV file directly — patient contact data must be transmitted securely.
Note:
Never send patient data as a plain email attachment. Patient data sent over unencrypted email violates HIPAA. Use only the secure upload link provided by MedMasters.

RepeatMD is a layer on top of your primary EMR — patient demographics may need cross-referencing.
Membership tier and rewards balance are core fields but not standard MedMasters columns; they are still useful for segmentation.
Export RepeatMD members and your primary EMR patient list, then dedupe by email or phone to get a unified contact list.
High-tier members (Gold / Platinum) are your most valuable reactivation targets — flag them in a separate tab.
