Export Steps
Sign in to Practice Perfect
Open your Practice Perfect URL in a desktop browser. Admin or Manager role is required for full patient list export.
Open Reports → Demographic Export
Click Reports → Patient Reports → Demographic Export. Set filters: Status = All, Date Range = All Time, Location = All.
Run and Export
Click "Run Report". Once the table loads, click Export → CSV or Excel.
Tip:
For multi-location practices, export per-location and combine — keeps location attribution intact.
Send via Secure Upload Link
Upload the file using the secure link your MedMasters account manager provided. Do not email the CSV file directly — patient contact data must be transmitted securely.
Note:
Never send patient data as a plain email attachment. Patient data sent over unencrypted email violates HIPAA. Use only the secure upload link provided by MedMasters.

Known Quirks
Multi-location aggregation requires a separate "Location Filter" toggle — easy to miss.
Some date columns export as text rather than Excel-recognized dates — convert with DATEVALUE if needed.
Pro Tips
Save the demographic-export filter as a favorite report.
Run the Visit Log report alongside for a fuller reactivation dataset (cancellations excluded).
