Export Steps
Log In to Perfect Patient
Open your browser and go to the Perfect Patient login page (app.perfectpatient.com or your practice-specific URL). Enter your admin email and password and click "Sign In".
Tip:
Perfect Patient is a patient communication and retention tool that integrates with your chiropractic EHR. You need Admin access to export the patient list.
Navigate to the Patients Section
In the sidebar or top navigation, click "Patients". The full patient list will load showing all patients synced from your connected chiropractic EHR.
Clear Status Filters
Perfect Patient may default to showing only active patients. Click the Filter or Status dropdown and select "All Patients" to ensure both active and inactive patients are included.
Tip:
Perfect Patient's core value is reactivating lapsed patients — so the platform actually tracks inactive patients well. Make sure they are included in your export.
Export the Patient List
With all patients displayed, click the "Export" button in the top-right area of the patient list. Select "CSV" as the export format. The file will download to your browser's default download location.
Verify the Export
Open the CSV in Excel to confirm the data looks correct. Key columns should include first name, last name, phone, email, last visit date, and status.
Tip:
Perfect Patient syncs data from your primary chiro EHR (ChiroTouch, Jane App, etc.) — the data quality reflects what's in that underlying system.
Send to MedMasters
Upload the exported CSV using the secure MedMasters upload link provided by your account manager.
Note:
Do not email patient data. Always use the secure MedMasters upload portal.

Visit count is usually well-populated since the platform uses it for its own reactivation workflows
