Export Steps
Sign in to NextGen Office
Open login.nextgenoffice.com in a desktop browser. Admin role is required for the patient demographics export.
Open Reports → Patient Demographics
Click Reports → Practice → "Patient Demographics Export". Configure status, date, and provider filters.
Run and Export
Click "Run". Once the report loads, click Export → CSV or Excel.
Note:
Reports run against the production database. For very large practices, schedule for off-hours.
Send via Secure Upload Link
Upload the file using the secure link your MedMasters account manager provided. Do not email the CSV file directly — patient contact data must be transmitted securely.
Note:
Never send patient data as a plain email attachment. Patient data sent over unencrypted email violates HIPAA. Use only the secure upload link provided by MedMasters.

Known Quirks
Cloud product separate from NextGen Enterprise (used by larger systems) — confirm which one you use.
Multi-provider offices: filter by provider or set "All Providers" to combine.
