Export Steps
Sign in to Modento
Open app.modento.io in a desktop browser. Practice admin role is required for the full patient export.
Open Patients → Export
Click "Patients" in the navigation. Click "Export All to CSV" at the top-right of the patient list.
Download
CSV downloads immediately. Save to a HIPAA-compliant location.
Send via Secure Upload Link
Upload the file using the secure link your MedMasters account manager provided. Do not email the CSV file directly — patient contact data must be transmitted securely.
Note:
Never send patient data as a plain email attachment. Patient data sent over unencrypted email violates HIPAA. Use only the secure upload link provided by MedMasters.
