Log In to Meevo 2
Open your browser and go to app.meevo.com. Enter your admin email and password and click "Log In". Meevo 2 is fully cloud-based.
Tip:
You need Admin or Owner access in Meevo 2 to run client reports and export data. Manager-level access may have restrictions.
Navigate to Reports
In the top navigation, click "Reports". The Meevo reports hub will open.
Select Client Reports
In the Reports hub, look for a "Clients" or "Client Activity" report category. Click on "Client List" or "Client Roster" to open the client report.
Configure Filters
Set Client Status to "All" to include both active and inactive clients. You can also filter by location if your medspa has multiple locations. Set the date range to "All Time" if available. Click "Generate" or "View Report".
Note:
Meevo 2 may time out for very large client lists. If it does, try filtering by location to export in smaller batches.
Export to CSV
Once the report loads, find the "Export" or "Download" button — usually in the top-right area of the report results. Click it and select "CSV". The file will download to your browser's download folder.
Send to MedMasters
Upload the downloaded CSV using the secure MedMasters upload link provided by your account manager.
Note:
Never email client data. Always use the secure MedMasters upload portal.

Very large client databases may require location-based batch exports to avoid timeouts
Meevo 2 is used by high-volume medspas and chains — the export handles large client lists well
The "Home Location" field in the export is useful for multi-location practices to segment marketing campaigns
