Cloud-native dental practice management for modern practices
Log In to iDentalSoft
Open your browser and navigate to your iDentalSoft practice URL (typically yourpractice.identalsoft.com or app.identalsoft.com). Enter your admin email and password and click "Sign In".
Tip:
Use a desktop browser (Chrome or Edge) for best results. The mobile app may not have data export features.
Navigate to Reports
In the left sidebar, click "Reports". The iDentalSoft reporting center opens with report categories listed on the left: Patient, Appointment, Production, Collections, and Insurance.
Select Patient List Report
In the Reports sidebar, click "Patient" to expand the patient report category. Then click "Patient List" — this is the main patient roster report in iDentalSoft.
Configure and Run the Report
Set the Patient Status filter to "All" to include both active and inactive patients. Set the date range to "All Time". Click "Generate Report" or "Run".
Tip:
Including "All" statuses gives MedMasters the broadest patient pool for reactivation and recall campaigns.
Export to CSV
After the report loads, click the "Export" or "Download" button at the top of the results. Select "CSV" format. The file will download to your computer.
Send to MedMasters
Upload the downloaded CSV using the secure MedMasters upload link provided by your account manager.
Note:
Never email patient data. Always use the secure MedMasters upload portal.

If you cannot find the export button, try right-clicking in the report area — some versions show a context menu with export options
