Log In to Fresha
Open your browser and go to partners.fresha.com. Enter your business email and password and click "Sign In". Fresha is fully cloud-based and works in any modern browser.
Note:
Before exporting, Fresha may flag duplicate client profiles. If you see a "Review & merge" notification, consolidate duplicates first for a cleaner export.
Tip:
You need "Can download clients" permission to access client data exports. This is controlled under your account permissions settings.
Navigate to Clients → Clients List
In the left-hand navigation menu, click "Clients". This opens the Clients section. Then click "Clients list" (the sub-item under Clients) to see your full client database.
Clear Any Filters (Optional)
If your practice has multiple locations, you can filter by location before exporting — use the location filter to narrow to a specific site. To export all clients across all locations, make sure no location filter is active. Remove any active filter chips by clicking the X next to them.
Tip:
Fresha may default to showing clients for a specific location. Remove location filters for a combined export across all locations.
Click the "Options" Button → Excel or CSV
In the top-right corner of the Clients list page, click the "Options" button. A dropdown menu will appear. Select "Excel" or "CSV" as your export format. The file will download to your computer's Downloads folder immediately.
Note:
Client card (payment) details are NOT included in the export — they are securely encrypted and cannot be exported, in compliance with PCI requirements. This is expected behavior.
Send to MedMasters
Upload the downloaded file using the secure MedMasters upload link provided by your account manager.
Note:
Never email client data. Always use the secure MedMasters upload portal.
Which MedMasters data fields are available in this EHR export.
Export is via the "Options" button (top-right of Clients list) — not a dedicated Export button
Client card/payment details cannot be exported — PCI compliance restriction
Fresha may flag duplicate profiles before export — review and merge duplicates first for a clean file
Fresha was formerly known as Shedul — if you have a Shedul account, the export process is identical
No insurance tracking — all clients in Fresha are self-pay spa/medspa clients
Fresha's export path: Clients → Clients list → Options (top-right) → Excel or CSV
If your medspa also uses a separate medical EHR for clinical records, export from both systems for the most complete patient list

• Fresha uses an iCal export — there is no direct Google OAuth connection. You export a calendar URL from Fresha and paste it into Google Calendar.
• One-way sync: Fresha → Google Calendar. Only appointment time blocks appear in Google — no client names or service details for privacy.
• To view full appointment details, click the event link in Google Calendar to open it in Fresha.
• Allow up to 15 minutes for the initial sync to complete. Status changes from "New" to "Synced" when done.
• Syncs appointments from the past 7 days and all upcoming events.
