Sign in to Dentally
Open your practice subdomain on dentally.co in a desktop browser. Admin role is required for full patient list export.
Open Patients and Apply Filter
Click "Patients" in the top navigation. Use the filter to set status to "All" or "Active" depending on your needs.
Click Export
Click the "Export" button at the top-right of the patient list. Dentally emails the CSV to your account email when ready (usually within minutes).
Download from Email
Open the email titled "Your Dentally export is ready" and click the secure link. Save the CSV to a HIPAA-compliant location.
Note:
The download link expires after 24 hours.
Send via Secure Upload Link
Upload the file using the secure link your MedMasters account manager provided. Do not email the CSV file directly — patient contact data must be transmitted securely.
Note:
Never send patient data as a plain email attachment. Patient data sent over unencrypted email violates HIPAA. Use only the secure upload link provided by MedMasters.

Date format is DD/MM/YYYY by default.
GDPR consent flags export — only contact patients with marketing-consent = true in EU.
Filter by "Recall Status: Overdue" to pre-segment dormant patients ready for reactivation.
