Log in to Carepatron
Navigate to app.carepatron.com in your browser and sign in with your admin or practice owner email and password. Carepatron has a clean, modern interface. After login, you will see a dashboard with client and appointment overview.
Tip:
Admin or Owner role required to export client data. If you cannot see an Export option, verify your role in Settings → Team Members.
Click "Clients" in the Left Navigation
In the left sidebar, click "Clients". This opens your full client list showing all clients with contact details, status, and last appointment dates. Carepatron uses "Clients" terminology (not "Patients").
Click the Export / Download Icon
At the top of the Clients list, look for an "Export" button or a download arrow icon (⬇). Click it. Carepatron will download the client list as a CSV file immediately to your browser's Downloads folder. No configuration dialog — all fields are included automatically.
Tip:
Carepatron's export is immediate and includes all client fields. If you do not see the Export option, you may need to upgrade your Carepatron plan — the free tier may not include data exports.
Verify and Send
Open the downloaded CSV in Excel. Confirm column headers are in row 1 and that Phone, Email, and Last Appointment columns are populated. Upload using the MedMasters secure link.
Note:
Do not email the file. Use only the secure MedMasters upload link.
