Export Steps
Sign in to Calendly
Open calendly.com in a desktop browser. Owner or admin role is required.
Open Scheduled Events → Export
Click "Scheduled Events" in the navigation. Use the date picker to set a wide range (e.g., last 2 years). Click "Export to CSV".
Download
CSV downloads to your browser. Each row is one booking; deduplicate by invitee email to get a unique-patient list.
Tip:
Calendly is booking-centric, not patient-centric. Dedupe on email to get a clean patient list.
Send via Secure Upload Link
Upload the file using the secure link your MedMasters account manager provided. Do not email the CSV file directly — patient contact data must be transmitted securely.
Note:
Never send patient data as a plain email attachment. Patient data sent over unencrypted email violates HIPAA. Use only the secure upload link provided by MedMasters.

Known Quirks
Booking-centric, not patient-centric — same person across multiple bookings appears multiple times.
Phone number is collected only if the booking form has a custom phone question.
Cancelled events appear in the export — filter by Status = Active.
Pro Tips
Dedupe by email to get a unique-patient list. Sum bookings per email for visit_count.
Add a phone-number field to your Calendly booking form going forward — improves reactivation contactability.
