Log in to Booker
Open app.booker.com in a desktop browser. Booker is web-based; mobile apps cannot export data.
Open Customers Report
Click "Reports" in the top navigation, then under "Customer Reports" select "Customer List". Set Status to "All" and date range to "All Time" to capture every customer.
Run the Report and Export
Click "Run Report". Once the report loads, click the "Export" button at the top of the report and select "CSV". Booker generates the file inline (smaller lists) or emails it (larger lists).
Note:
For lists over 5,000 customers, Booker queues the export and emails the link — check the inbox of the logged-in user.
Send via Secure Upload Link
Upload the file using the secure link your MedMasters account manager provided. Do not email the CSV file directly — patient contact data must be transmitted securely.
Note:
Never send patient data as a plain email attachment. Patient data sent over unencrypted email violates HIPAA. Use only the secure upload link provided by MedMasters.

Booker accounts under the Mindbody umbrella have a different export path — under "Mindbody Sync" instead of native Reports.
The Customers report includes lead/prospect contacts — filter by "Booked Appointment" to keep only real patients.
Save the report as a "Favorite" so you can re-run with one click each month.
If your account is migrating to Mindbody Insights, both platforms can export — pick the one your staff uses daily.
