Export Steps
Open ACE Dental on the Workstation
ACE Dental runs on a local server with workstation clients. Sign in as administrator.
Open Reports → Patient List
Click Reports → Patient → "Patient List Export". Configure Status = All, Date = All Time.
Run and Export
Click "Run". Click "Export to CSV". Save to a HIPAA-compliant location.
Send via Secure Upload Link
Upload the file using the secure link your MedMasters account manager provided. Do not email the CSV file directly — patient contact data must be transmitted securely.
Note:
Never send patient data as a plain email attachment. Patient data sent over unencrypted email violates HIPAA. Use only the secure upload link provided by MedMasters.

Family-linked records share a head-of-household number — dedupe on email/phone individually.
